Bloomsday 2007

The James Joyce Centre at 35 North Great George's Street is hosting a number of ticketed and non-ticketed events. The Joycean activities taking place on the day will include.

• Bloomsday Breakfast: Start the day in vintage style with offal and a pint of stout. Tickets still available at time of press for the 8am sitting.
• Readings: Dramatic recitals of the best-loved passages from Ulysses by a distinguished group of actors and celebrities: 9 30-12pm.
• Joyce in Voice: A special performance by a multi-talented musical quartet of James Joyce's favourite songs as featured in Ulysses: 12pm and 3pm.
• Himself and Nora: The first Irish staging of sections of a musical show about James Joyce and Nora Barnacle: 8pm
