Why are we the only country that investigate alleged wrong doing in Tribunals, rather than have it dealt with by the fraud squad, C.A.B. or the Special Branch? And another thing, NOBODY ever does time after Tribunals.

Any inquiry that lasts ten years is a complete waste of time money and shows the total lack of incompetence of those running an inquiry. moriarty is 13 years.
