***

Statement from the Fianna Fail press office: We, the lovestruck Lemmings of FF, worship and adore our glorious leader, Biffo, and we have every intention of holding his hand, as we all jump over the cliff, together. Hail Biffo.

***

Zoe I voted for Patton we always use the Patton Flyer it's super. He should have got licence first but Aircoach is shamelessly poaching the customers. What happened to helping the Little Guy in this country?

***

fair play to louise for backing the mayo man she has mayo blood in her you know!

***

Hi vinno, any chance of getting F.F to do the dip in the nip because brian cowan looks nothing short of a beached whale.

***

Please how do we contact PATON FLYER.

Mary

***

Hi Vincent. Tony Ryan is so sadly missed in Kentucky by the people who worked for him in Lexington. He was a wonderful man. May he rest in peace.

***

Vincent, will u stop nagging Patton about a licence. I remember a certain clergyman who opened an AIRPORT in Knock and he told RTE at the time, he hadn't got a licence NOR planning permission.

A.P.

***

presumably Vincent is aware of the nature of the 1934 Road Trabsport Act? It was legal abortion of private bus companies. Easily in breach of Articles 85 nad 86 of Treaty of Rome. Total disgrace for a Dept of Transport to stand over.

Greg Allen

***

Used the patton flyer many many times and they have been fantastic. Turned up on time in snow on new years day when no one else on the road. Can't believe other company can muscle in on their good idea! Best of luck to them.

***

Has vincent any view on apres match's take on him?

Padraig killarney

***

Most unfair that Patton took the initial risk and proved the route was workable without grant or support from taxpayer then after these years licence given to aircoach company. I hope locals continue to support trevor.

Barbara Culleton. Blackrock

***

Everyone in Dalkey supports Trevor.. Ireland needs entrepreuners like him.. How dare the govt support a multinational over one of our own.. Keep going Trevor.. A great guy and an inspiration to us all..

Rgds.. Jim maher.. Killiney

***

Its a super service employing locals, the dept should be doing more 2 support this business not desert it.

Maggie, monkstown.

***

Make sure them bikes u spoke of have no saddles.

***

the patton charges full price for kids and air coach only charge 2:50!

***

Typical of Ireland...no room for local business despite the jobs crisis...big wigs and big banks rule o.k.

***

why are you giving someone who breaks the law airtime? Patton flyer is an illegal service and should not be allowed on the route. Aircoach applied before patton and was granted the license. This is the law in Ireland.

John

***

If fianna fail are going on bikes make sure you take the saddles off.

Vincent, what's the deal with the DCU person? No title is attributed to her. Judging by her command of things in general, would one be correct in assuming that she's the DCU jax cleaner? Whilst she has some way to go, she's well on track to be as annoying as Nell McCafferty. Keep up the mediocrity.

JJ, Dublin

***

we use the Patton flyer all the time it's bril give them the licence.

Lorraine

***

Dennis shou ld be running the co untry.

Anto

***

Mr P.

***

With all this dead money, just HOW can senior bankers CONTINUE to get bonuses?

Dave.

***

vincent i think u should take over from brian cow u would do a better job than him an his gang. God bless

From paddy coyle drogheda.

***

Why is bryan cowan not in jail for treason, for bringing the country down?

***

Regardless to who's name these assets are in they should be seized and sold off to pay off at least some of their debt . Instead of the ordinary tax payer having to suffer even more in the next budget.

***

The work of these greedy thugs is to be seen all over the country...here in Clare we have ravaged villages, empty hotels, and furious communities..

Ann mc donogh..Lahinch.

***

What about all the developers transferring all their assets into their wives names?

Joan

***

How did Mary Lou get on with her bank manager last week? Is she bankrupt yet? Haha. Midday watcher,

Dave, Meath.

***

You are so obsequeous vincent! Denis o brien is a cry baby as witnessed by his comments on ireland being full of begrudgers and punishing success, to paraphrase. No mention of denis's tax residency in the context of a discussion of a big hole in the states finances due to nama etc.

paddy from drogheda thinks u should take over from brian cow u would do a better job then him an his gang.

***

just to say tell marie louise she looks great with new hairstyle.

Mary Kirwan, Tullamore.

***

Same old same old. I am tired of this. Please get someone who knows what to do about the problems.

***

Who in their right mind would want Cowens job at the moment? Thats why they are all sayin what a great job he's doing. No point putting new oil into a jalopy but watch the scatter from the high grass after the election...

***

I owe the revenue €400 which i cant pay , but i have a grant of €200 to pay 4 my psv licence but i cant get the licence as i owe the revenue ! Totaly irish !

***

well done, Vincent. this subject badly needs 2 b aired.

jack, waterford.

***

Vincent you are falling into the old trap - If you allow a developer to stay in business so that he can pay back his debt, in reality the construction workers will be paying it back not the developer!

Michael Craig, Mid-Ulster

***

horray a Ballagh woman on the telly! Btw Vinny, hope u saw the brilliant Apres Match skit of u, Burton and Lenny?

P.Murphy dub9

***

It's about time the developers were targeted, they are all living the high life at the expense ot the ordinary mortals, why should the majority suffer while they continue to live in their "wives mansions"
