FBI 10 most wanted

The Federal Bureau of Investigation in the US has published its Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list since the 1950's on the initiative of J. Edgar Hoover, as a way of promoting capture of the desperados. Those on the list are not ranked, possibly as a way of avoiding competition between criminals for the number one spot, and explaining the position of Usama bin Laden.

 

Jorge Alberto Lopez-Orozco (32) is wanted for allegedly killing a woman and her two sons in Idaho. He was born in Mexico, smallish (5'7''). Reward for information leading directly to the arrest of Jorge is $100,000.

Usama Muhammad Bin Ladin (51) is wanted in connection with the 7 August 1998 bombing of US embassies in Dar Es Salaam and Nairobi, in which over 200 people were killed. Also suspected of other terrorist attacks.  Born in Saudi Arabia, brown hair (how do they know?), olive complexion, tallish (6'4'' to 6'6''), thin. Occupation: unknown. Left handed, walks with a cane. No known scars or marks. The Rewards For Justice Program, United States Department of State, is offering a reward of up to $25 million for information leading directly to the apprehension or conviction of Usama Bin Laden. An additional $2 million is being offered through a program developed and funded by the Airline Pilots Association and the Air Transport Association.

Jason Derek Brown (no relation) (39) wanted for murder and armed robbery in Phoenix, Arizona in November 2004, when, allegedly, he killed an armed guard. Native of California. Occupation: golf equipment importer. Speaks fluent French, has a Masters Degree in International Business, an avid golfer, snowboarder, skier and dirt biker. Frequents nightclubs. Reward of up to $100,000 for information leading directly to his arrest.
James (Whitey) J Bulger (79)
wanted for his role in numerous robberies and murders since the early 1970's, in connection with his leadership of an organised crime group that allegedly controls extortion and drug deals, and on 18 counts of murder. An avid reader with an interest in history, currently on heart medication. Maintains physical fitness by walking on beaches and parks with a female companion, Catherine Greig. James and Catherine love animals and may frequent animal shelters. Travelled in the US, Mexico, Europe and Canada. He has a bad temper. A reward of $1,000,000 is offered for information leading directly to his arrest.
Emigdio Preciado jr (39),
wanted for an attack on two Los Angeles county sheriff's department deputies on 5 September, 2000, in Whittier, California, during a routine traffic stop – he fired twenty-one rounds from an assault rifle, striking one of the deputies in the head. Blond hair, 5'5'', medium build. Occupation: involvement in vehicle tire business. Has a horizontal scar on his left ear, a black mole below his right eye, and tattoos of the words “Susana” and “Alexa” on his left chest. He is a known member of a violent street gang in Los Angeles, California. A reward of up to $150,000 for information leading directly to his arrest.

Victor Manuel Gerena (50)
wanted in connection with the armed robbery of approximately $7 million from a security company in Connecticut in 1983. He allegedly took two security employees hostage at gunpoint and then handcuffed, bound and injected them with an unknown substance in order to further disable them. Native of New York. Occupation: Machinist, security guard. He has a one-inch scar and a mole on his right shoulder blade. A reward of up to $1,000,000 for information leading directly to his arrest. 

Glen Stewart Godwin (50)
wanted for his 1987 escape from Folsom state prison in California, where he was serving a lengthy sentence for murder. Later in 1987, Godwin was arrested for drug trafficking in Puerta Vallarta, Mexico. After being convicted, he was sent to a prison in Guadalajara. In April of 1991, Godwin allegedly murdered a fellow inmate and then escaped five months later. Occupation: Self-employed in tool supplies, mechanic, construction worker. He is fluent in Spanish and may be travelling throughout Central and South America, and Mexico. He is thought to be involved in narcotics distribution. A reward of up to $100,000 for information leading directly to his arrest.

Robert Fisher (47)
wanted for allegedly killing his wife and two young children and then blowing up the house in which they all lived in Scottsdale, Arizona in April of 2001. Originally from Brooklyn, New York. Occupation: Surgical Catheter Technician, Respiratory Therapist, Fireman.
Is physically fit and is an avid outdoorsman, hunter, and fisherman. He has a noticeable gold crown on his upper left first bicuspid tooth. He may walk with an exaggerated erect posture and his chest pushed out. Reward of up to $100,000 for information leading directly to his arrest.

Jon Savarino Schillaci (37)
a convicted sex offender, he is wanted for the alleged sexual assault of a young boy in Deerfield, New Hampshire, in October of 1999. Schillaci had corresponded with the victim's family while serving time in prison in Texas for prior sexual assault charges. After his release from prison, the family provided Schillaci a home from which to start his new life, during which time the alleged molestation occurred.  Occupation: Salesman at a music store; Computer Specialist. He is well educated and is believed to have completed two Masters Degrees in Humanities and Literature. Known to speak Spanish, French, and German. A reward of up to $100,000 for information leading directly to his arrest.

Alexis Flores (33)
wanted for his alleged involvement in the kidnapping and murder of a five-year-old girl in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The girl was reported missing in late July of 2000, and later found strangled to death in a nearby apartment in early august of 2000. Originally from Honduras. Occupation: Handyman. He has scars on his forehead and right cheek. Reward of up to $100,000 for information leading directly to his arrest.
