Traffic lights causing gridlock

The traffic lights at the Kilmore Road/Malahide Road Junction are causing serious gridlock on the Malahide Road especially inbound during the morning, when they cause traffic on the Malahide Road to become gridlocked way past the Artane Roundabout.  It often takes over a half hour to get from the Artane Roundabout to the Kilmore Road/Malahide Road Junction, a distance of just a few hundred yards. All because of the lights at the Kilmore Road/Malahide Road Junction which bend over backwards so far that their backside is way up into outer space, to give priority to traffic from the Kilmore Road at the expense of Malahide Road traffic. Even in the evening those lights are the cause of serious delays on the Malahide Road outbound as far back as Donnycarney Church from the Artane Roundabout.

Dublin City Council, when are you going to give more priority to traffic on the Malahide Road instead of Kilmore Road, especially as the Malahide Road is a far busier road?  And if you refuse to give more priority to Malahide Road traffic, is there any way that you can be forced to give more priority to the Malahide Road?  Dublin City Council, I do intend to actively pursue you on this till I get a satisfactory resolution.
